Folding n°1
The C-fold
Flatten La Cup and fold it in half on itself.
The folded side is to be positioned at the back of your vagina during insertion (see dotted lines).
The C-fold is recommended with 2-step insertion.
Folding n°2
The Punchdown Fold
Insert one edge of the ring towards the inside of the container.
The long side is to be positioned at the back of your vagina during insertion (see dotted lines).
The Punchdown fold is recommended with direct insertion.
